Welcome to The Danish Canadian National Museum & Gardens

Enhancing the understanding of the Danish Canadian heritage

AGM Auctions

Each year at the Annual General Meeting of the Federation of Danish Associations in Canada, one of the highlights is the Friday night auction/carnival to raise funds for the operation of the Danish Canadian National Museum.

Attendees, Board members and other members contribute items – as diverse as Royal Copenhagen plates, homemade crafts, travel vouchers, framed art, Danish memorabilia, and even authentic Danish Akvavit!

In addition to the traditional auction format, there is a silent auction, raffles, Danish bingo (Banko), horse races and other fun activities which make for an entertaining evening for all conference attendees.

If you have a unique item to donate to the annual auction and carnival, please contact the Museum or bring the item with you to the Federation Conference.
